		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s so true.  I&#039;m fine with sending thank you notes and updating networking websites with people I already know, but when it comes to researching general auditions, ugh.  I&#039;ll go if I put it into my schedule, but I&#039;ll go onto the Equity (stage actors union) website, start to go through, and my soul will plummet into my socks.  It&#039;s a palpable sense of dread and exhaustion and I say, I&#039;ll just have to look at this later.

What&#039;s helped me is working to incorporate in my psyche that I can&#039;t do all of it.  I have one friend who is and he&#039;s getting nowhere.  So, I&#039;ll devote months.  This month, I&#039;m sending out mailings.  This month I&#039;m paying for a ten-pack of one-on-one meetings with casting directors and agents.  This month I&#039;ll do those darn...I mean opportunity-laden...general auditions.]]></description>
